Use of the service

You may use Groful only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the data you submit, the users you invite, and the actions taken in your workspace.

Customer data

You retain ownership of customer data submitted to Groful. You grant Groful the rights needed to host, process, enrich, analyze, and display that data so we can provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Groful, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, submit unlawful data, or use Groful to violate privacy, anti-spam, or other applicable laws.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid features may require an active subscription. Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are described at checkout, in your account, or in a separate agreement.

Disclaimers

Groful provides enrichment and growth intelligence based on available data sources and model outputs. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before important business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groful is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
